Yiran Liu is a Master’s student in Medical Physics at Duke Kunshan University, Class of 2026. He earned his Bachelor’s degree with honor from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2024. During his master’s studies, he was supervised by Professor Fang-Fang Yin, where he further pursued his passion for medical physics. He is a recipient of the Duke Kunshan University Chancellor’s Scholarship and has presented research at the annual meeting of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). He will pursue his doctoral studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) upon graduation.
