Please make your own bookings online or by phone according to your needs.
The university Conference Center is open for booking during that time. You will also be eligible for a corporate rate when booking directly at off-campus hotels listed below.
For these three hotels, please call the individuals listed below and inform them you are attending Duke Kunshan University’s Commencement Ceremony and that you wish to take advantage of the corporate rate.

Campus Access: Please note that the means of accessing campus for commencement guests is by presenting your commencement ticket to security guards stationed at the entrance gates. We kindly request that you ensure you have your ticket with you upon arrival. For guests picking up their tickets on commencement day, please be informed that ticket collection is from 7:15-8:15 a.m. We will have a table set up for this at South Gate Entrance (by DKU Tower).
Parking: Due to limited parking, we strongly suggest you come to Duke Kunshan by taxi. If you are driving, we suggest you access campus through the NEW north gate at Phase 2 (please refer to the map), given its proximity to the underground parking lot.
Seating Arrangement: There will be designated seating areas for guests; the seats are first come, first served in terms of which row you occupy. Volunteers in white t-shirts will help direct all guests to their designated area.
